Dewday NO-SPEND STREAK

Dewday Support

A little help keeping the streak.

Dewday is designed to stay simple, private, and entirely under your control. Find quick answers below, or email us if something still feels off.

01 / DATA

Your records are private

No account, bank connection, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Your challenge data stays on your device unless you turn on private iCloud sync.

02 / SYNC

iCloud sync is optional

Dewday can sync through your private CloudKit database. Turn it on from the gear menu, then restart Dewday for the change to take effect.

Frequently asked

Good to know.

Do I need an account?

No. Dewday has no sign-up and no developer-operated account system. You can start a no-spend streak immediately after onboarding.

Where is my data stored?

By default, your streaks, challenges, resisted purchases, and preferences are stored locally on your device. If you explicitly enable iCloud sync, compatible records are also stored in your private iCloud database.

How do I turn iCloud sync on or off?

Open the gear menu and choose “iCloud sync.” Restart the app after changing it. Turning sync off stops future syncing but does not automatically erase existing data from iCloud.

Why is the widget not up to date?

Open Dewday once and record or edit a check-in. iOS controls widget refresh timing, so updates may not appear instantly. If needed, remove the widget and add it again.

How do I delete my data?

Because Dewday has no developer account, there is no server account to delete. Remove local records from the app where available, or delete the app to remove its local container. If you enabled iCloud sync, you can manage Dewday’s stored data from your Apple Account’s iCloud storage settings.
