How do I add maintenance?

Open Assets, choose an asset, then tap Add Maintenance. Select a template or create a custom task and choose a date, mileage, or whichever comes first.

Where are my records stored?

They are stored locally on your device. If you explicitly turn on iCloud Sync in Settings, HomeCue also keeps a backup in your private iCloud container.

Why did a reminder not appear?

Check notification access in iOS Settings, then confirm that the task has a due date and reminders are permitted for HomeCue. Mileage-only tasks require you to update the asset’s current mileage.

How do I back up or move my data?

Open Settings and use Export Data to create a HomeCue backup. You can save it to Files or another destination using the iOS share sheet. Optional iCloud Sync can also maintain a private cloud backup.

How do I remove my data?

Delete individual documents in the asset detail screen. Deleting HomeCue removes its local app container. If iCloud Sync was enabled, manage the cloud copy in your Apple Account’s iCloud storage settings.
