Information you create
HomeCue stores the assets, maintenance tasks, service history, costs, mileage, notes, photos, scanned documents, and settings you choose to enter. This content is stored locally in the app’s private container.
Camera, photos, documents, and OCR
HomeCue accesses the camera, photo library, or document scanner only when you choose those features. Text recognition runs on your device. HomeCue does not send your photos, scans, or recognized text to the developer.
Optional iCloud sync
If you enable iCloud Sync, HomeCue stores a backup in your private iCloud container so it can be restored on devices signed in to your Apple Account. Apple processes this data under its own privacy policy. The developer does not operate a server for this feature and cannot view your private iCloud content.
Notifications and exports
Maintenance reminders are scheduled locally through Apple’s notification system. When you export a backup, you choose where to send it through the iOS share sheet; the selected destination’s terms and privacy policy then apply.
Collection, tracking, and sharing
HomeCue does not collect data into a developer-controlled system, track you, sell personal information, or include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you remove it or delete the app. If you enabled iCloud Sync, you can manage HomeCue data through your Apple Account’s iCloud storage settings. Exported copies remain wherever you chose to save or share them.
Children and changes
HomeCue is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Material policy changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
