Trio is designed to respect your privacy. In short: the developer does
not collect, store, or share any personal information about you. Trio has
no servers of its own, and all core gameplay works offline. If iCloud is
available, Apple can privately sync your game progress between your
devices.
What we don’t do
- No accounts, logins, or sign-ups.
- No analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs.
- No advertising and no ad networks.
- No collection of your name, email, contacts, or location.
- Trio never sends game data to the developer, advertisers, analytics
services, or other third parties. Puzzles ship inside the app.
Game data
- Your progress — including solved puzzles, solve times, hint usage,
and streaks — is stored on your device, along with settings such as
sound and haptics.
- When you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud is available, progress
may also be stored in your private Apple iCloud key-value store so it
can sync between your devices.
- The developer cannot read or access your local or private iCloud
progress. iCloud storage and transmission are handled by Apple under
Apple’s privacy policy and terms.
- The game remains playable if iCloud is disabled or unavailable.
Deleting Trio removes its local data; a synced copy may remain in your
iCloud account according to your Apple settings.
- If you use Apple’s device backup, local game data may also be
included in your own backup. We cannot access that backup.
Purchases
“Trio Pro” is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple.
Apple processes the payment; we never receive or see your payment details.
Whether you own Trio Pro is verified through Apple’s App Store.
Sharing your results
When you tap Share, Trio creates a result-card image and a short summary
containing your puzzle number and results, then hands them — together with
an App Store link — to the standard iOS share sheet. You choose where they
go, and nothing is sent unless you send it.
Children
Trio is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect data from
anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page
with a new “last updated” date.
