IDMint: Passport Photo Maker Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the IDMint: Passport Photo Maker iPhone app (the “App”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the developer of the App.
2. Information the App uses
The App may access the photos you choose, images captured with the camera, and the custom photo-size presets you save. It uses these items only to provide requested features, such as cropping a photo, positioning a face, replacing a background, exporting an image, or remembering a saved size.
3. On-device processing
Photo editing, face detection, person segmentation, background replacement, and export are performed locally on your device using Apple system frameworks. Your photos and finished images are not uploaded to our servers because the App does not operate servers that receive them.
4. Storage and permissions
Photos you select remain under your control in your photo library or in the location you choose when sharing or saving an export. Saved custom-size presets are stored locally on your device. Camera and photo-library access are requested only when you choose to take, select, or save a photo. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
5. No collection, tracking, or third-party analytics
We do not collect personal information, create user accounts, use advertising identifiers, track you across apps or websites, use analytics or advertising SDKs, or sell or share your information with third parties.
6. Your choices
You may stop granting camera or photo-library access in iOS Settings. Removing the App removes its locally stored application data; photos you separately saved to your photo library remain there until you delete them.
7. Children’s privacy
Because we do not collect personal information, the App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App’s privacy practices change. The updated version will be posted at this page with a revised effective date.

本应用可能会使用您选择的照片、通过相机拍摄的图像，以及您保存的自定义照片尺寸预设。这些内容仅用于您主动请求的功能，例如裁切照片、人脸定位、更换背景、导出图像或记住常用尺寸。
3. 本地处理
照片编辑、人脸检测、人物分割、背景替换和导出均在您的设备上通过 Apple 系统框架完成。我们没有接收照片的服务器，因此您的照片和成品不会上传至我们的服务器。
4. 存储与权限
您选择的照片仍由您在照片图库或导出时选择的位置中控制。自定义尺寸预设仅保存在您的设备本地。仅当您选择拍照、选择照片或保存成品时，本应用才会请求相机或照片图库权限。您可随时在 iOS“设置”中更改这些权限。
5. 不收集、不追踪、无第三方分析
我们不收集个人信息、不创建用户账户、不使用广告标识符、不跨应用或网站追踪您、不使用分析或广告 SDK，也不会向第三方出售或共享您的信息。
6. 您的选择
您可以在 iOS“设置”中停止授予相机或照片图库权限。删除本应用会移除其本地应用数据；您已另行保存到照片图库的照片会保留，直至您自行删除。
7. 儿童隐私
由于我们不收集个人信息，本应用不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。
8. 本政策的变更
当本应用的隐私实践发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。更新后的版本将发布在此页面，并标注新的生效日期。
